I only lived here for 1 year and i really love this place and its my first ever apartment I am an affiliated streamer for Twitch and what i do requires a high volume of vocal noise and i have never gotten any complaints or my neighbors are just that amazing to deal with someone like me lol and i have even asked them if they have heard me on any noise level and i was astound that they told me they didn't hear me at all i am a really loud dude
What sucks is that it didnt come with a microwave but oh well you cant have everything for such an amazing price
Another thing is that your not really near anywhere that is entertainment wise except for a bar but there is fast food places and a dollar general that is walking distance and a gas station right beside you so there is no need to worry about needing to get gas while trying to get to from somewhere important
Bills are partially paid so you can rest on that the most i got really was a little over 20 but you do have to pay the electric in full but i was able to take care of it just fine
They have a pool but not a hot tub but it does have a metal roof mirror not a legit mirror, i just forgot what its called by bouncing the sunlight into the pool so it wouldn't get too cold for ya and the pool does feel very nice
If you want pets then you do have to pay a pet deposit and a pet rent i believe i don't remember but i got a doctors note for my 2 cats being ESA's Emotional Support Animal and there was no issues there D
All in all the amount of room since i live by myself along with 2 cats is nice but the kitchen is a little too small even for the price but i made do with it
I will say however that this apartment complex is absolutely amazing and i will definitely recommend them to another friend of mine if the opportunity comes up
