|Recommended: YesA great place to live — I think this is a great property Maintenance was always on time for fixing problems. Neighbors are always quiet at a nice hour and it’s a nice complex to take a walk in and feel safe.

The location of the apartments are great It is very close to major roadways and Springfield attractions. The property manager is always very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The maintenance has always responded to us within 24 hours, which is so nice The apartments are really nice because they have recently been redone, but are still very affordable. 10 10 would recommend.

|Recommended: YesOn the up and up — When I first moved in it was difficult to get ahold of anyone, however, through a transition of management things got much better. The apartments are quirky and have been recently updated. Very reasonable for price and location. Great wifi that is included in rent Overall, Wooten and The Field team is responsive to questions, concerns, and requests.
