The current property manager is great and very helpful. The rent is not too pricey and the neighborhood is great and quiet. I love living here.

|Recommended: YesThis place is decent for the price. It’s overall been a nice place to live with good amenities. I do wish there was more storage space and that the one bedrooms had washer and dryer hook ups. I would like to note that I’ve had my car broken into and my boyfriend had his bike stolen off the front balcony. There is a security service that you can call and they do intermittent drive throughs, but they aren’t there all the time. Also, the rent has gone up the last few years by 30- 50 every year. The “half” water and sewer that gets added to your monthly rent has also more than doubled in the last year. So expect to pay an extra 20- 30 every month. I will say the maintenance team has been great and they work very hard. Just make sure to call the office after putting in a maintenance request, otherwise it might slip through the cracks.

|Recommended: YesThe field is one of the better apartment complexes in Springfield. Everyone is friendly and issues usually get resolved within a timely manner. Only complaint is is the parking sometimes, I’m not pertained to a few people that don’t live here parking but when a lot of the parking spots are taken up by people that don’t live here then it’s a problem. Especially during the winter months and having to walk all the across the lot just to get back to my unit.
