|Recommended: YesThe Fields Apartments have provided a great living experience for me. The property is in good shape, and maintenance is handled without much delay. While there was some confusion with a change in property managers, Katelyn, who has taken over, has been incredibly helpful and communicative. She makes sure all questions are answered clearly, and I'm thankful for her assistance. Overall, a good place to call home.

|Recommended: YesThe new management is excellent, they do an outstanding job keeping our property clean and well-maintained. The maintenance crew is very responsive and they get the repairs done promptly. I did have an issue with maintenance taking almost a month to get repairs fixed with the last property manager, but I think the management has improved a lot

|Recommended: YesFairly Quiet Great Staff — The apartment complex and surrounding area is quiet for where it's located and I never have problems with parking Though because I live in one of the units that haven't had the sliding doors replaced I do have problems with heating and cooling sometimes, and I do with that I had washer dryer hookups in my unit.
|Recommended: YesGood for the Price — My apartment is beautiful and I feel safe in this area. However, Wooten is having maintenance issues. They don't have enough maintenance workers for every property, therefore it takes longer for things to get taken care of. Because of this the complex has declined in the look and the upkeep.
|Recommended: NoThe Field — The apartments themselves are not horrible, they are up to date and somewhat spacious for anyone starting out. When I moved in I was told to submit a work work order online if I ever need anything fixed. Well one day our little hallway was under a half inch of sitting water, the water heater was leaking. So I did what I was told and let’s just say I had towels on my floor for over a week and after bringing it up to the manager he had no idea about the work order and then he put a maintenance on it and they fixed it the next day. And about a week later it leaked again and I was told there was nothing they can do. Our sliding door locks haven’t worked since we moved in. My vehicle was broken into and about 200 worth of stuff stolen out of my backseat. On top of that we get 15- 30 misc charges each month. Out of 12 months we paid the agreed amount set for the apt 2 times other times were 15 over. The upstairs neighbors can walk normally and shake our fan. We know this cause we knocked on their door and tested it . Absolutely no patio room, it’s a long patio but not very wide. The pool was never clean I would skim it 2 times before my girlfriend and I could swim. The rent is going up next year and I do not think it is worth the price. By all means this place isn’t slumlord city if you go to the manager he will get it done for you, not the worst stay and not the best stay
