Pet Types
Residents are permitted to have one (1) pet per apartment. A $300 non-refundable pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent will apply. Pet must be at least 6 months old, spayed or neutered, and may not exceed 17 inches in height from shoulder to ground at full maturity.
